How does downloading wii games on the internet work?
I recently got a wii and i don’t really have any games. I was thinking about paying a one time fee to mywiidownloads.com or something to download wii games for free. But i don’t really know how it works or how i get the games onto my wii. Do i have to burn them to a disc, or do i send them directly to my wii somehow (Although I don’t think i have internet connection on my wii or anything). If someone could please help me out i would greatly appreciate it.

You need a chip mod in your wii for those games to work, you download them to your pc , then burn them into a dvd and put them in your wii

Is your Wii chipped? Then instead of paying you can download them with a torrent client (you can get torrents for Wii games at various places, like thepiratebay.com) or with your browser (though that would take longer and you have a risk of losing downloading progress) and burn them to discs with ImgBurn or some other program.
If your Wii is unchipped, the non-bought games won’t work.
Conclusion: as far as I know, you shouldn’t pay the fee you were talking about.

If you have to pay anything, it’s not free.
If you want to pay for games, go to Best Buy, WalMart, or GameStop. Pay the developers who made the game, not some pirate wanna be trying to make money off of someone else’s work.

all those pay for wii sites are a scam. to get the games you need to use a p2p network such as torrent files, newsgroups, or downloads with jdownloader and too play them on your wii you need the homebrew channel and either the backup loader or usb loader. modchips are outdated.

There are serveral sites providing such download services. They are very excellent on the contents, not only Complete big wii games like Metroid, Super-mario and Guitar hero etc. But also many movies, wii tv shows, music and videos much more!!!
While you all need to join one of those sites to download so many resources. People can’t provide to you FREE things forever simply. You download what you needed, and those who provide the service of course need capital to maintain their sites too! You must understand these…
