What Wii games would you reccomed for a female that wants simplicity?

I always loved Super Mario Brothers and Sonic the Hedgehog before they went 3-D. I just got a Wii, any games you can recommend that I might like? I have the super popular Zelda Wii game but its concept is somewhat more than I feel like dealing with when playing video games… .

You may like the Virtual Console and WiiWare games.

They have Mario 1, 2, and 3. Zelda 1, 2, Link to the Past, and Ocarnia of Time.

They also have Tetris Party and Dr. Mario.

All of them are purchasable via Wii Points (which you can buy points from cards at game stores, or direct from credit card) to download and play.

It sort of sounds like the virtual console should be your friend. You can download all the old-school games for pretty cheap if that’s what you like.

There are also some Wiiware games that seem halfway similar to those. And horribly addictive simple-concept puzzle games! (Cubello, how you annoy me. . . .)

I’d just go browsing through the online catalog and check those all out if you can download some.

DDR Hottest Party or Mario Mix (Mario Mix is for gamecube)
Cooking Moma (maybe a little hard at first…but my 4th grade neighbor can play it with no problem after only a half hour or less of learning how to play)
